Safety Policies

​

  • Make sure you have flat ground for designated area. Slopes or uneven surface will jeopardize our ability to safely set up.

  • Be weather prepared! Direct sunlight in Louisiana heat can make the equipment hot to the touch. Canopy recommended during summer months or hot days.

 

  • Have a back up indoor location in case of rain. We cannot set up in the rain. Rental date can be transferred based on availability due to weather.

 

  • Each package has a minimum size for set up. Please refer to the packages section to make sure you have enough space for set up. We cannot be responsible if there is not enough space to set up the play area. We can adapt the areas though so please discuss your space with us!

Rules

  • PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

  • ​Children must be supervised by an adult (18 yr old)/parent/guardian while in play area. 

  • NO Shoes, SNEAKERS, HIGH HEELS, FLIP FLOPS OR SANDALS are allowed on mats (play area) or in inflatable. SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES!

  • NO food, drinks or sweets, gum allowed in or on equipment

  • NO running in play area

  • NO diving in inflatable/ball pit or throwing balls out of ball pit

  • NO equipment should be removed from within play area

  • No uneven size difference of players 

  • NO shoving, pushing, wrestling, piling or rough play in play area.

  • ​Play areas are designed for children under 5 years ONLY.

  • ​No paint stain/ mess-prone (i.e., glitter, slime, messy arty, temporary tattoos, face paint etc.) are not allowed in soft play areas

  • No more than the recommended amount of players on unit at any time (bounce houses: toddler 3 kids or up to 200lb. Red Full size 8 kids or up to 800lbs. Pink Full size 5 kids or up to 500lbs )

  • All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, eyeglasses, bling on pockets etc. 

  • DO NOT enter if you are pregnant or have physical problems

  • What happens after I book?
    If rental is approved, after signing waiver and making deposit the remaining balance for your rental will be sent as an invoice to your email. The remainder of balance must be paid in full 24 hours before rental date. If balance is not paid 24 hours before rental will be cancelled and full deposit will be forfeited.
  • Can you customize the packages?
    Yes, if available. If you would like to make some changes we will try to accommadate to the best of our ability. Final changes is upon our discretion. Example: You book the Mega party package, but you would like to trade the bumper cars for concession rentals. This can be done. You want to switch toddler bounce house for full size bounce house this can not be done, but you can select to add on full size bounce house to party packages.
  • What happens if I need to cancel?
    If you need to cancel your rental you have up to one week before your event to cancel and receive full refundable $100 damage deposit back. If cancelled after one week full deposit is forfeited. You can always choose to transfer rental date if you need to reschedule for any reason up to 6 months from original rental date. If no date has been chosen after 6 months full $150 deposit will be forfeited.
  • What if I live outside Baton rouge?
    If you live outside free delivery area of Baton Rouge it will be an addition fee. The delivery fee is based on time and distance of your event beyond Baton Rouge starting at $25. When booking if outside Baton Rouge a delivery fee estimate will be sent to you for approval before invoice is sent for balance and booking confirmation. Example: (estimate only precise address needed for accurate pricing) BATON ROUGE SURROUNDING AREAS Denham Springs $25 and up Zachary $25 and up Gonzales $35 and up Port Allen $35 and up OTHER CITIES AND SURROUNDING AREAS Lafayette and surrounding areas (Opelousas, Carencro, etc.) $100 and up New Orleans and surrounding areas (West Bank, Metairie, East, Slidell, etc) $100 and up Hammond and surrounding areas $100 and up
