Políticas de seguridad

  • Asegúrese de tener un terreno plano para el área designada. Las pendientes o superficies irregulares pondrán en peligro nuestra capacidad de instalación segura.

  • ¡Prepárate para el clima! La luz solar directa en el calor de Luisiana puede calentar el equipo al tacto. Canopy recomendado durante los meses de verano o días calurosos.

 

  • Tenga una ubicación interior de respaldo en caso de lluvia. No podemos instalarnos bajo la lluvia. La fecha de alquiler se puede transferir según la disponibilidad debido al clima.

 

  • Cada paquete tiene un tamaño mínimo para configurar. Consulte la sección de paquetes para asegurarse de que tiene suficiente espacio para la instalación. No podemos ser responsables si no hay suficiente espacio para configurar el área de juego. Sin embargo, podemos adaptar las áreas, ¡así que discuta su espacio con nosotros!

  • JUEGA BAJO TU PROPIO RIESGO

  • ​ Los niños deben ser supervisados por un adulto (18 años)/padre/tutor mientras estén en el área de juego. 

  • NO se permiten zapatos, ZAPATILLAS, TACONES ALTOS, CHANCLAS O SANDALIAS en las colchonetas (área de juego) o en los inflables. ¡DEBEN UTILIZARSE CALCETINES EN TODO MOMENTO!

  • NO se permiten alimentos, bebidas o dulces, chicle dentro o sobre el equipo

  • NO correr en el área de juegos

  • NO zambullirse en inflables / piscina de bolas o tirar pelotas fuera de la piscina de bolas

  • NO se debe quitar ningún equipo del área de juego.

  • No hay diferencia de tamaño desigual de los jugadores. 

  • NO empujones, empujones, luchas, amontonamientos o juegos bruscos en el área de juego.

  • ​ Las áreas de juego están diseñadas para niños menores de 5 años SOLAMENTE.

  • ​ No se permiten manchas de pintura/propensas a ensuciar (es decir, brillantina, baba, arte desordenado, tatuajes temporales, pintura facial, etc.) en las áreas de juegos suaves.

  • No más de la cantidad recomendada de jugadores en la unidad en cualquier momento (casas inflables: niños pequeños 3 niños o hasta 200 lb. Rojo Tamaño completo 8 niños o hasta 800 lb. Rosa Tamaño completo 5 niños o hasta 500 lb)

  • Todos los objetos afilados deben quitarse antes de jugar (incluidos bolígrafos, lápices, joyas, cuchillos, anteojos, adornos en los bolsillos, etc. 

  • NO entre si está embarazada o tiene problemas físicos

  • What happens after I book?
    If rental is approved, after signing waiver and making deposit the remaining balance for your rental will be sent as an invoice to your email. The remainder of balance must be paid in full 24 hours before rental date. If balance is not paid 24 hours before rental will be cancelled and full deposit will be forfeited.
  • Can you customize the packages?
    Yes, if available. If you would like to make some changes we will try to accommadate to the best of our ability. Final changes is upon our discretion. Example: You book the Mega party package, but you would like to trade the bumper cars for concession rentals. This can be done. You want to switch toddler bounce house for full size bounce house this can not be done, but you can select to add on full size bounce house to party packages.
  • What happens if I need to cancel?
    If you need to cancel your rental you have up to one week before your event to cancel and receive full refundable $100 damage deposit back. If cancelled after one week full deposit is forfeited. You can always choose to transfer rental date if you need to reschedule for any reason up to 6 months from original rental date. If no date has been chosen after 6 months full $150 deposit will be forfeited.
  • What if I live outside Baton rouge?
    If you live outside free delivery area of Baton Rouge it will be an addition fee. The delivery fee is based on time and distance of your event beyond Baton Rouge starting at $25. When booking if outside Baton Rouge a delivery fee estimate will be sent to you for approval before invoice is sent for balance and booking confirmation. Example: (estimate only precise address needed for accurate pricing) BATON ROUGE SURROUNDING AREAS Denham Springs $25 and up Zachary $25 and up Gonzales $35 and up Port Allen $35 and up OTHER CITIES AND SURROUNDING AREAS Lafayette and surrounding areas (Opelousas, Carencro, etc.) $100 and up New Orleans and surrounding areas (West Bank, Metairie, East, Slidell, etc) $100 and up Hammond and surrounding areas $100 and up
